Every tenant brand pack graded against the spine standard: required files present, tier, WCAG contrast pairs, and — the one that actually bites — which core colour roles the pack owns versus silently inherits from BioCreative.

6 of 27 packs are on the v3 token contract. The other 21 still store colour in a legacy flat brand.json map or a raw prospect scrape. Those render, but they carry no semantic ramps, no declared tier, and no recorded WCAG pairs — so nothing can verify they are accessible.
This page computes, it does not transcribe. Every grade is read from the pack's own brand.json and design-tokens.json at build time, so a pack that regresses shows up here on the next run rather than waiting for someone to update a matrix doc by hand.
